Applications (±)-17-Methyl-morphinan-3-ol Hydrobromide is a racemic mixture of Dextrorphan Tartrate Salt (D299485) and Levorphanol Tartrate (L376500). Dextrorphan Tartrate Salt and Levorphanol Tartrate are orally active synthetic morphine analogs and analgesics (narcotic). Levorphanol Tartrate is a controlled substance.
