Beschreibung

Applications Triethyl Citrate, is a colorless, odorless liquid used as a food additive to stabilize foams, especially as whipping aid for egg white. It is also used in pharmaceutical coatings and plastics. This compound is a contaminant of emerging concern (CECs).
