Descripción:
Benidipino es un bloqueador de canales de calcio que se utiliza principalmente en el tratamiento de la hipertensión y la angina de pecho. Pertenece a la clase de antagonistas del calcio dihidropiridínicos, que funcionan inhibiendo la entrada de iones de calcio a través de los canales de calcio tipo L en el músculo liso vascular y el tejido cardíaco, lo que conduce a la vasodilatación y a una reducción de la carga cardíaca.
