CAS:Indoximod (NLG-8189) is a methylated tryptophan that inhibits IDO to boost T cell function by preventing tryptophan depletion.Fórmula:C12H14N2O2Pureza:97.82% - 99.55%Forma y color:SolidPeso molecular:218.251-Methyl-D-tryptophan
CAS:Producto controlado1-Methyl-D-tryptophan (1MT) is a metabolite of tryptophan. It has been shown to inhibit the enzyme IDO1, which is involved in the production of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), and to possess immunomodulatory effects. 1MT may be useful for the treatment of cancer, as it has been shown to inhibit growth and induce apoptosis in human liver and brain tumor cells, as well as in human leukemia cells. 1MT also inhibits the proliferation of myeloid-derived suppressor cells and increases their sensitivity to cytotoxic drugs.

CAS:Applications 1-Methyl-D-tryptophan is used in biological studies to determine the effect of IDO2 enzyme (indoleamine-(2,3)-dioxygenase) activity and IDO2-mediated arrest of human T cell proliferation. It reverses IDO-mediated immune suppression
