Ácido propanoico, 2-oxo-, sal de sodio, comúnmente conocido como propanoato de sodio o 2-oxopropanoato de sodio, es una sal sódica derivada del ácido propanoico. Se caracteriza por su apariencia cristalina blanca y es soluble en agua, lo que lo hace útil en diversas aplicaciones.
