Descripción:
fregonas, o ácido 3-(N-morfolino)propanosulfónico, es un tampón zwitteriónico comúnmente utilizado en investigaciones biológicas y bioquímicas. Tiene un valor de pKa alrededor de 7.15, lo que lo hace particularmente efectivo para mantener el pH fisiológico en diversas aplicaciones, especialmente en cultivos celulares y estudios de proteínas. fregonas es soluble en agua, y su capacidad de tamponamiento es óptima en el rango de pH de aproximadamente 6.5 a 7.9.
