fregonas

Descripción:
fregonas, o ácido 3-(N-morfolino)propanosulfónico, es un tampón zwitteriónico comúnmente utilizado en investigaciones biológicas y bioquímicas. Tiene un valor de pKa alrededor de 7.15, lo que lo hace particularmente efectivo para mantener el pH fisiológico en diversas aplicaciones, especialmente en cultivos celulares y estudios de proteínas. fregonas es soluble en agua, y su capacidad de tamponamiento es óptima en el rango de pH de aproximadamente 6.5 a 7.9. La estructura de fregonas incluye un anillo de morfolina, que contribuye a su estabilidad y efectividad como tampón. A menudo se prefiere sobre otros agentes tamponadores debido a su baja absorbancia en el rango UV, lo que es ventajoso para mediciones espectrofotométricas. fregonas también es conocido por su mínima interferencia con reacciones enzimáticas, lo que lo hace adecuado para su uso en ensayos que involucran proteínas y ácidos nucleicos.
