ε-(Benzyloxycarbonil)-L-lisina, comúnmente conocido como Z-L-lisina, es un derivado del aminoácido lisina, caracterizado por la presencia de un grupo protector benzyloxi-carbonilo (Z) en el grupo amino de la lisina. This compound also has a high resistance to ring-opening, making it a good candidate for cancer therapy. The structural biology and molecular modelling of N6-Cbz-L-lysine has shown that this drug may be an active substance with anti-cancer activities.
