o-Nitrofenil β-D-tiogalactósido (comúnmente abreviado como ONPG) es un compuesto sintético ampliamente utilizado como sustrato en ensayos bioquímicos, particularmente en el estudio de la actividad enzimática, como la β-galactosidasa. Es un sólido cristalino incoloro que es soluble en agua y disolventes orgánicos.
