La endotelina-3 (ET-3) es un péptido potente vasoconstrictor que desempeña un papel significativo en varios procesos fisiológicos, incluida la homeostasis vascular y la regulación de la presión arterial. Es parte de la familia de las endotelinas, que consta de tres isoformas: endotelina-1, endotelina-2 y endotelina-3.
