Clorhidrato de tris(hidroximetil)aminometano, comúnmente conocido como clorhidrato de Tris, es un polvo cristalino blanco que es altamente soluble en agua. Es un agente tamponador ampliamente utilizado en bioquímica y biología molecular para mantener un pH estable en varias reacciones biológicas y químicas.
