    <p>3'-Azido-5'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-2',3'-dideoxyuridine is a nucleoside and nucleotide analog. It is an antiviral agent that inhibits the synthesis of viral DNA by inhibiting the activity of DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase. 3'-Azido-5'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-2',3'-dideoxyuridine has also been shown to have anticancer properties in vitro, but its effectiveness and toxicity have not been studied in vivo.</p>
