:Azelnidipina

CAS:
Azelnidipine is a drug that is used to treat high blood pressure and heart disease. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke. Azelnidipine has been shown to have an antioxidative effect, which may be due to its ability to decrease lipid peroxidation, increase superoxide dismutase activity, and inhibit the production of reactive oxygen species in a model of tubulointerstitial injury. The drug also inhibits calcium influx into cells by interfering with voltage-gated calcium channels. Azelnidipine binds reversibly to α1-acid glycoprotein, which is found in plasma and erythrocytes. This interaction may result in changes in renal function when combined with other drugs that bind the same protein (e.g., warfarin).
Fórmula:C33H34N4O6Pureza:Min. 95%Forma y color:PowderPeso molecular:582.65 g/molAzelnidipine
