Griseofulvina

Griseofulvina es un medicamento antifúngico que se utiliza principalmente para tratar infecciones por dermatofitos, particularmente aquellas que afectan la piel, el cabello y las uñas. It is suggested that it prevents nuclear acid production and fungal cell mitosis. Additionally, through binding to alpha and beta tubulin, it interferes with the function of the spindle and cytoplasmic microtubules.
