Descripción:
Óxido de indio, con la fórmula química In2O3 y número CAS 1312-43-2, es un polvo blanco e inodoro que exhibe propiedades semiconductoras. Se utiliza principalmente en la producción de óxido de indio y estaño (ITO), que es un material crucial para recubrimientos conductores transparentes en electrónica, como pantallas táctiles y células solares.
