Descripción:
Sesquióxido de lantano, con la fórmula química La2O3 y número CAS 1312-81-8, es un compuesto inorgánico que pertenece a la clase de los óxidos de lantano. Aparece como un polvo blanco e inodoro y es conocido por su alto punto de fusión y estabilidad en condiciones normales. CAS:<p>Lanthanum oxide (La2O3) is a redox potential and a thermal expansion coefficient that has been shown to be effective for wastewater treatment. Its high chemical stability makes it an ideal candidate for use in the presence of reactive species such as water vapor, phosphorus pentoxide, and sodium citrate. Lanthanum oxide also exhibits antimicrobial activity against a range of organisms such as Sarcina lutea, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Lanthanum oxide has been shown to induce apoptosis in malignant brain cells.
