Neohesperidina es un glucósido flavonoide derivado de la fruta cítrica, particularmente de la cáscara de las naranjas. Se conoce por su sabor dulce, que es aproximadamente 1500 veces más dulce que la sacarosa, lo que lo convierte en un edulcorante natural y agente saborizante popular en aplicaciones de alimentos y bebidas.
