    <p>The phase transition temperature of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate is between 43 and 50 degrees Celsius. It can be used as a solvent for injection solutions, and has a water permeability of 1.5 to 2.0 × 10-4 cm/cm2 per second at 25 degrees Celsius. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate has an affinity for water vapor and will absorb it from the atmosphere, but not from water or saline solutions. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is also used as an excipient in pharmaceutical formulations such as ambroxol hydrochloride injections, which are used to treat bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases. The control analysis was performed by comparing the results with those obtained using human serum samples before and after benzalkonium chloride (BZK) treatment. The analytical method consisted of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements on microdialysis probes containing human serum before and after BZK treatment.</p>
