:Nistatina

CAS:
Nystatin is an antifungal compound, which is produced by the bacterium *Streptomyces noursei*. It functions by binding to ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes, creating pores that lead to increased membrane permeability. This disruption results in the leakage of essential cellular components, ultimately causing cell death.
Fórmula:C47H75NO17Pureza:Min. 85 Area-%Forma y color:PowderPeso molecular:926.09 g/moliso-Nystatin
CAS:
iso-Nystatin is an antifungal compound, which is derived from the bacterium *Streptomyces noursei*. This specific strain of actinobacteria produces polyene macrolide antifungals, and iso-Nystatin is a derivative that exhibits similar bioactivity as its parent compound, Nystatin. Its mode of action is based on binding ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes. This binding disrupts the membrane's structural integrity, inducing pore formation, which leads to ion leakage and ultimately cell lysis and fungal cell death.
Fórmula:C47H75NO17Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:926.09 g/molNystatin (Mycostatin) Solution (10000U/ml) for cell culture, Endotoxin (BET) 10.0EU/ml
