Xlr11 degradant
CAS:Producto controlado
Xlr-11 is a synthetic cannabinoid with immunoassay properties. It is a potent agonist of the CB1 receptor and has been shown to inhibit the binding of [3H]CP55,940 to rat brain membranes. Xlr-11 has been detected in herbal smoking mixtures and has been found in forensic samples that were not related to cannabis. The synthesis of this compound is not yet known, but it may be a degradation product from the synthetic cannabinoid UR-144.
Fórmula:C21H28FNOPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:329.5 g/molXLR11 Degradant
CAS:
XLR11, a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) featuring a tetramethylcyclopropyl group, exhibits enhanced affinity for the CB2 receptor, common among synthetic CBs for its receptor affinity. XLR11 degradant, a frequent impurity identified in GC-MS analysis of XLR11-containing samples, originates from the thermal decomposition of XLR11, leading to an opened ring structure. This change results in a distinct fragment ion in mass spectrometry, being 15 amu heavier than XLR11's base peak. Such a signature is indicative of a McLafferty rearrangement in the degradant, a reaction not observed in the parent compound.
Fórmula:C21H28FNOForma y color:SolidPeso molecular:329.459
