Peptide Tyrosinase (Asp371) – HLA-A*0201 (YMDGTMSQV) is also involved in experimental therapies of metastatic melanoma by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. In fact, cytotoxic T cells were generated from peripherical blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of HLA-A*02:01 healthy donors after being stimulated by injection of Asp371 antigen (2).
