DMSO-d6, o dimetilsulfóxido deuterado, es un isotopólogo pesado del dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO) donde los átomos de hidrógeno son reemplazados por deuterio, un isótopo estable del hidrógeno. Su fórmula química es C2D6OS, y se utiliza comúnmente como disolvente en espectroscopia de RMN debido a su capacidad para disolver una amplia gama de compuestos orgánicos e inorgánicos mientras es relativamente inerte. DMSO-d6 se caracteriza por su alta polaridad, baja volatilidad y capacidad para formar enlaces de hidrógeno, lo que mejora sus propiedades de solvatación. Tiene un alto punto de ebullición y es miscible con agua y muchos disolventes orgánicos.
