Ácido 3-amino-4-metilbenzoico, también conocido como ácido 4-metil-3-aminobenzoico, es un aminoácido aromático caracterizado por la presencia de un grupo amino (-NH2) y un grupo ácido carboxílico (-COOH) unidos a un anillo bencénico. El grupo amino se encuentra en la posición meta en relación con el ácido carboxílico, mientras que un grupo metilo está posicionado en la ubicación para.
