1-Ciclohexil-3-(2-morfolinoetil)carbodiimida meto-p-toluensulfonato, comúnmente conocido como EDC (un derivado), es un compuesto químico que se utiliza principalmente como agente de acoplamiento en la síntesis de péptidos y otras reacciones orgánicas. Facilita la formación de enlaces amida al activar ácidos carboxílicos, haciéndolos más reactivos hacia nucleófilos, como las aminas.
