Efedrina

Efedrina es un compuesto orgánico clasificado como una amina simpaticomimética, conocido principalmente por sus propiedades estimulantes. Es un sólido cristalino incoloro a amarillo pálido que es soluble en agua y alcohol. La fórmula química de Efedrina es C10H15NO, y presenta una estructura de fenetilamina con un grupo hidroxilo y un grupo metilo unidos al átomo de nitrógeno. Efedrina actúa como un broncodilatador y se utiliza comúnmente en el tratamiento del asma y otras condiciones respiratorias debido a su capacidad para relajar los músculos bronquiales.
