Descripción:
Clorambucilo es un agente alquilante sintético utilizado principalmente en quimioterapia para el tratamiento de ciertos tipos de cáncer, particularmente leucemia linfocítica crónica y linfoma. Pertenece a la clase de mostazas nitrogenadas y funciona interfiriendo con la replicación del ADN, lo que lleva a la muerte celular.
