Aminofilina

Aminofilina es un compuesto farmacéutico que es una combinación de teofilina y etilenodiamina. Se utiliza principalmente como broncodilatador para tratar afecciones respiratorias como el asma y la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC). La sustancia actúa relajando los músculos de las vías respiratorias, mejorando así el flujo de aire y aliviando los síntomas del broncoespasmo. Aminofilina se administra típicamente por vía intravenosa u oral, dependiendo de la situación clínica. Tiene una solubilidad relativamente baja en agua, lo que puede afectar su absorción y biodisponibilidad.
