Descripción:
Fosfato de 4-metilumbeliferilo (MUP) es un compuesto químico sintético comúnmente utilizado como sustrato en ensayos bioquímicos, particularmente para la detección de actividad fosfatasa. Se caracteriza por sus propiedades fluorescentes, que permiten una detección sensible cuando es hidrolizado por fosfatasas para liberar 4-metilumbeliferona, un producto fluorescente.
