    CAS:
    <p>HLM006474 is a small molecule inhibitor of the E2F transcription factor. HLM006474 binds to the E2F protein and prevents it from binding to DNA, thereby inhibiting transcriptional regulation. This drug has been shown to be effective in animal models of cancer, hepatic steatosis, and diabetes. HLM006474 also inhibits CDK4/6-mediated phosphorylation of retinoblastoma protein (pRB), leading to inhibition of cell proliferation and tumor growth. These effects are accompanied by decreased levels of insulin resistance and increased insulin sensitivity in diabetic patients.</p>
