Ácido palmitoleico, también conocido como ácido 9-hexadecenoico, es un ácido graso monoinsaturado con la fórmula molecular C16H30O2. Presenta un doble enlace ubicado en el noveno carbono desde el extremo carboxílico, lo que lo clasifica como un ácido graso omega-7.
