Descripción:
1,2-Dioleoil-sn-glicero-3-fosfoetanolamina (DOPE) es un fosfolípido comúnmente utilizado en bioquímica y biología molecular. Se caracteriza por sus cadenas de ácidos grasos oleoyl duales, que contribuyen a su naturaleza anfipática, permitiéndole formar bicapas lipídicas y vesículas en entornos acuosos. La molécula consiste en un esqueleto de glicerol, dos cadenas oleoyl y un grupo cabeza de fosfoetanolamina, que le confiere una carga neta neutra a pH fisiológico.
