Ácido betulínico es un compuesto triterpenoide pentacíclico que se encuentra de forma natural, derivado principalmente de la corteza del abeto (especies de Betula). Se caracteriza por su apariencia cristalina blanca y tiene una fórmula molecular de C30H48O3.
