(-)-Clenbuterol es un compuesto sintético clasificado como un agonista beta-2 adrenérgico, conocido principalmente por sus propiedades broncodilatadoras. Se utiliza comúnmente en el tratamiento de afecciones respiratorias como el asma debido a su capacidad para relajar el músculo liso bronquial y mejorar el flujo de aire.
