3,3′,5,5′-Tetrametilbencidina (TMB) es un compuesto orgánico comúnmente utilizado como sustrato cromogénico en ensayos de inmunoabsorción ligados a enzimas (ELISA) y otras aplicaciones bioquímicas. Se caracteriza por su capacidad para sufrir oxidación, lo que resulta en un cambio de color que puede medirse cuantitativamente, lo que lo hace valioso en diagnósticos de laboratorio.
