Descripción:
Tripalmitina, también conocido como tripalmitato de glicerilo, es un triglicérido compuesto de glicerol y tres moléculas de ácido palmítico. Es un sólido blanco y ceroso a temperatura ambiente e insoluble en agua, pero soluble en disolventes orgánicos como el cloroformo y el éter.
