3-Fosfogliceraldehído, también conocido como gliceraldehído-3-fosfato (G3P), es un fosfato de azúcar de tres carbonos que desempeña un papel crucial en el metabolismo celular, particularmente en la glucólisis y el ciclo de Calvin. Es un sólido incoloro e higroscópico que es soluble en agua. El compuesto presenta un grupo funcional aldehído y un grupo fosfato, que contribuyen a su reactividad y significancia biológica.
