Descripción:
Piperacilina es un antibiótico penicilínico semisintético que se utiliza principalmente para tratar una variedad de infecciones bacterianas. Es eficaz contra un amplio espectro de bacterias grampositivas y gramnegativas, incluyendo Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Piperacilina actúa inhibiendo la síntesis de la pared celular bacteriana, lo que lleva a la lisis celular y a la muerte.
