Polimetilhidrosiloxano (PMHS), con el número CAS 63148-57-2, es un polímero a base de silicona caracterizado por su estructura única, que incluye grupos metilo e hidruro unidos a átomos de silicio. Este compuesto es conocido por su versatilidad y se utiliza comúnmente como fluido o resina de silicona. PMHS exhibe una excelente estabilidad térmica, resistencia química y baja tensión superficial, lo que lo hace adecuado para diversas aplicaciones, incluidos selladores, adhesivos y recubrimientos.
