Iohexol es un agente de contraste no iónico y soluble en agua que se utiliza comúnmente en la imagenología médica, particularmente en tomografías computarizadas (TC) y angiografías. Pertenece a la clase de medios de contraste yodados, que mejoran la visibilidad de las estructuras internas en la imagenología radiográfica.
