Descripción:
Clorhidrato de tiamina, también conocido como vitamina B1, es una vitamina soluble en agua esencial para el metabolismo de los carbohidratos y la función neural. Se caracteriza por su apariencia cristalina blanca y es higroscópico, lo que significa que puede absorber humedad del aire. La fórmula química de Clorhidrato de tiamina es C12H17ClN4OS, y tiene un peso molecular de aproximadamente 299.85 g/mol. La tiamina juega un papel crucial en la descarboxilación de ácidos alfa-ceto y es vital para la síntesis de neurotransmisores.
