Dietilestilbestrol (DES) es un estrógeno sintético no esteroideo que fue sintetizado por primera vez a finales de la década de 1930. Se caracteriza por su estructura química, que consiste en dos grupos etilo unidos a un esqueleto de estibeno, lo que lo convierte en un miembro de la familia de los estilbestrol.
