Acetato de medroxiprogesterona (MPA) es un progestágeno sintético, un derivado de la progesterona, comúnmente utilizado en terapias hormonales. Se caracteriza por su capacidad para imitar los efectos de la progesterona natural, desempeñando un papel crucial en la regulación de varios procesos reproductivos.
