Descripción:
N-Fmoc-L-isoleucina es un derivado del aminoácido isoleucina, caracterizado por la presencia de un grupo protector 9-fluorenilmetoxicarbonilo (Fmoc) en el terminus amino. Este compuesto se utiliza comúnmente en la síntesis de péptidos como un bloque de construcción debido a su estabilidad y facilidad de eliminación del grupo Fmoc en condiciones básicas suaves. N-Fmoc-L-isoleucina conserva las propiedades esenciales de la isoleucina, incluyendo su naturaleza hidrofóbica y su capacidad para participar en diversas interacciones dentro de las cadenas de péptidos.
