Fmoc-Lys(Boc)-OH, también conocido como Fmoc-Lisina(Boc)-OH, es un aminoácido protegido comúnmente utilizado en la síntesis de péptidos. Presenta un residuo de lisina con dos grupos protectores: el grupo Fmoc (9-fluorenilmetoxicarbonilo), que se utiliza para proteger el grupo amino, y el grupo Boc (tert-butiloxicarbonilo), que protege el grupo amino de la cadena lateral de la lisina. Este compuesto es típicamente un sólido blanco a blanco amarillento y es soluble en disolventes orgánicos como el dimetilformamida (DMF) y el dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO), pero menos soluble en agua.
