Descripción:
Fmoc-L-Tyr(tBu)-OH, también conocido como 9-fluorenilmetoxicarbonilo-L-tirosina (tert-butilo), es una forma protegida del aminoácido tirosina, comúnmente utilizada en la síntesis de péptidos. El grupo Fmoc sirve como un grupo protector para la funcionalidad amino, permitiendo reacciones selectivas sin interferir con la cadena lateral del aminoácido. El grupo tert-butilo (tBu) protege el grupo hidroxilo de la cadena lateral de la tirosina, mejorando la estabilidad y solubilidad del compuesto durante la síntesis.
