Descripción:
Disprosio es un elemento químico con el símbolo Dy y el número atómico 66, clasificado como un lantánido en la tabla periódica. Es un metal blanco plateado que es relativamente estable en el aire, formando una capa de óxido protectora que previene la oxidación adicional. Disprosio es conocido por su alta susceptibilidad magnética y es uno de los elementos más efectivos para mejorar las propiedades magnéticas de los materiales, lo que lo hace valioso en la producción de imanes permanentes, particularmente en aplicaciones de alto rendimiento como vehículos eléctricos y turbinas eólicas.
