Descripción:

El Cloruro de potasio (KCl) es una sal inorgánica comúnmente utilizada en diversas aplicaciones, incluyendo como suplemento de potasio en fertilizantes y en tratamientos médicos. Aparece como un sólido cristalino blanco y es altamente soluble en agua, disociándose en iones de potasio (K⁺) y cloruro (Cl⁻). El KCl tiene un alto punto de fusión y es estable en condiciones normales, lo que lo hace adecuado para varios procesos industriales. Es higroscópico, lo que significa que puede absorber humedad del aire, lo que puede afectar su manejo y almacenamiento.
