Pyr-Phe-Leu-pNA, también conocido como Leucina p-Nitroanilida de Fenilo Piridilo, es un sustrato peptídico sintético comúnmente utilizado en ensayos bioquímicos, particularmente en el estudio de enzimas proteolíticas.
