Descripción:
Quitosano es un biopolímero derivado de la quitina, que se encuentra en los exoesqueletos de crustáceos como camarones y cangrejos. Se caracteriza por su apariencia en polvo de color blanco a blanco sucio y es soluble en soluciones ácidas, lo que lo distingue de su precursor, la quitina, que es insoluble en agua.
