This inhibition results in increased levels of endocannabinoids, which are known to reduce pain and inflammation. Isoxazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-3-amine has been shown to be effective against a number of FAAH inhibitors, including other inhibitors such as URB597 and JZL184.
