CAS:2-(2-Methoxyethoxy)propanoic acid is a metabolite of clofibrate, a medication used to treat high cholesterol. It is also a metabolite of the drugs 2-methoxyethanol and 2-methoxyacetic acid. This metabolite has been shown to be an agonist for protein kinase C (PKC) isoforms alpha and gamma (PKA). It also acts as a monocarboxylic acid and has been shown to induce a syndrome in animals.Fórmula:C6H12O4Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:148.16 g/molMethyl 5-(chlorosulfonyl)-2-ethoxybenzoate

Fórmula:C10H11ClO5SPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:278.71 g/mol5-(Chlorosulfonyl)-2-ethoxybenzoic acid
CAS:5-(Chlorosulfonyl)-2-ethoxybenzoic acid is a synthetic drug that inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for degradation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, with improved efficacy and reduced side effects when compared to sildenafil. 5-(Chlorosulfonyl)-2-ethoxybenzoic acid belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Studies have found that it increases the duration and quality of erections by inhibiting PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down cGMP. This inhibition leads to an increase in cGMP levels, which relaxes smooth muscle cells in the corpus cavernosum and causes increased blood flow into the penis.

CAS:2-Bromo-3-nitro-1-benzoatrophen is a nucleophilic amine. It is an organic compound that has the chemical formula C6H5BrNO2. The molecule contains a benzene ring with two nitro groups attached at positions 2 and 3. It is an isomer of 3-nitrobenzothiazole, which has a thiophene ring instead of benzene. Benzothiophene can be synthesized by a nucleophilic substitution reaction between 2-bromobenzaldehyde and nitrous acid. 2-Bromo-3-nitrobenzotrifluoride can also be produced by reacting bromine with nitrous acid in the presence of benzoic acid or benzenesulfonic acid as catalysts. Spectroscopic techniques may be used to identify this compound by its ultraviolet, visible, and infrared absorption spectra.Fórmula:C8H4BrNO2SPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:258.09 g/mol5-Hexylthiophene-2-carboxaldehyde

CAS:(S)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)ethanol is an organic compound that has been studied as a potential drug for the treatment of bacterial infections. It is a reactive molecule with a hydroxyl group, which reacts with other molecules to form covalent bonds. The rate of this reaction can be determined by measuring the initial velocity at various concentrations of (S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethanol and substrate. This chemical can exist in two forms: R and S. The enantiomers are not identical, but they have similar properties and react similarly to biological systems. (S)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)ethanol is also toxic to cells from MRC-7, which is a human lung cancer cell line. This toxicity may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA synthesis by reacting with DNA topoisomerases or proteins involved in transcription or translation.Fórmula:C8H9BrOPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:201.06 g/mol(1R)-1-(3,4-Dimethylphenyl)ethan-1-ol

CAS:Acetaminophen, also known as paracetamol, is a drug used to treat pain and fever. It is a non-narcotic analgesic that belongs to the group of carboxylic acid derivatives. Acetaminophen has been shown to have analgesic effects in animals by blocking the neural transmission at the level of the spinal cord. This drug acts centrally by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, decreasing body temperature, and increasing tolerance to pain. Acetaminophen may also be used for the relief of inflammatory conditions like arthritis and asthma due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Acetaminophen is metabolized in humans through conjugation with glucuronic acid and sulphate which are excreted in urine.
